Staging the performance focuses on the efficient movement of groups of actors on and/or off stage. Doubters, for example, are best left on stage once they arrive. Other groups need to be up and down quickly and quietly. The show has been staged in auditoriums and gymnasiums, and determining where actors sit is a very important early goal.
