I am tickled that Distiller Magazine (from the American Distilling Institute) chose to excerpt five essays (with art) from “Shots of Knowledge: The Science of Whiskey” in their Fall 2017 issue. While Rob knew of and regularly reads this trade journal, it is new to me. I love it! Great ads and even better articles including one on the “Bottled in Bond Act of 1897” from Louisville lawyer Stacy Kula. I will use it in class tomorrow
